a new integrated bulkhead is adopted around the front to adjust the left and right balance of the steering wheel for improved operability. it also supports slide racks as standard as a kit, including the new upper deck, and can obtain steering characteristics tailored to various situations with minimal changes.
the gear case of the 3-gear transmission has also been newly designed, and the serviceability has been greatly improved by dividing it into three parts. since the def can be accessed simply by removing the cap on the rear side, it can be handled easily even with high maintenance frequency ball def. in addition, the motor position can be selected from 13 levels by rotation of the motor mount, making it easy to obtain a center of gravity balance tailored to the road surface from low mount to high mount. the throttle response is also outstanding with 3 gears, coupled with the rear traction produced by the supple main chassis, it demonstrates a higher fighting power than you imagined!
YD-2 has undergone a major evolution and is now available! The brand new machine bearing the name of “Z”, which can be said to be the final form, is equipped with a new 3-split transmission case on the shape-up main chassis and will start as a new standard machine!
